Q: Why can I only see a black screen?
A: The link will not be live until 15 minutes prior to the broadcast. Before this time, the player will show a black screen. Once the link is live, you will be able to view the room and hear background music. The broadcast will begin at the top of the hour.
Q: How do I view the broadcast on my full screen?
A: Click on the FS button at the bottom of the player to view in 'full screen mode'.
A: The blue bar to the right of the 'FS' button is the player's volume control. Using headphones can also increase the sound quality.
A: If you register for the Energy Exchange broadcast but cannot tune in live, you will still receive the pre-recorded MP3 within 7 days.
A: We monitor the quality of both the audio and the video during the live broadcast. If you experience transmission issues and you do not hear from us, the problem is most likely with the technology that you are using rather than the broadcast itself. If this happens, you will not miss any of the experience because all registered participants will receive an MP3 download of the broadcast within 5-7 days.
In 2012 we will resume our 'Energy Exchange' monthly internet video broadcasts. We hope to begin in February or March so watch the newsletter for updates.
The Energy Exchange is a 90 minute monthly journey, where I speak about the energies affecting us each month using my Energy Forecast as a basis. Jane Cunningham then leads us through a guided meditation, before I channel a message from one of the Z's. This is followed by a Q+A section, where questions you send in as a viewer, will get directly answered by either Zachary, Zapharia or Ziadora.
