Who am I?
My life-long passion and a key foundation to my own spiritual fitness has been movement. I know how vital our relationship with our body is for emotional, psychological and spiritual well-being. I had a long career touring the world as a contemporary dancer, and also appearing on Broadway (and touring productions) in Disney’s The Lion King. I have taught groups and individuals for over 20 years in Pilates, Dance, Physical Fitness and QiGong. My study of chinese medicine and certification as a Neuro Muscular Masseur added to my knowledge of the body in 2010, and I spent 2016 co-facilitating transformation workshops and retreats all over the world, alongside my partner, Energy Intuitive Lee Harris.
I am currently apprenticing with acclaimed QiGong master Lee Holden.
What happens in a session?
During your 60 minute session, we will first have a conversation about your desires and any concerns. I will offer my insights, a personalized meditation/breathing session and some gentle QiGong and/or Pilates movements all tailored to your specific needs and designed to give you a deeper, more loving experience of your body.
How can I continue our work after the session?
I will provide you with a video recording of our session, so you can always access it and have plenty of opportunity to revisit our time together. Think of it as your own personal training video. You can also book further sessions should you wish.
What is the investment?
These sessions are 60 minutes and include you being sent (via email) downloadable files of the video recordings from our time together.
The 3 Session Power Shift!
For those of you ready to deepen your commitment to your body, I also offer a 3 session program. Before we start the program, I will ask you a few questions over email, so I have a sense of what you want to achieve. These sessions can be spaced 2 or 3 weeks apart, so I can help guide you through your new journey with your body as you begin it.
