ABOUT STEVEN WASHINGTON

I have been teaching QiGong alongside Lee Harris at his Energy Mastery events since 2015, and from the many participants at these events, and in my one-on-one sessions, I have found that this gentle movement practice is a brilliant, effective tool for empaths and intuitives to balance themselves and shift energy within their body. It assists any transformation within yourself and your life by restoring you back to peace and balance.

My life-long passion and a key foundation to my own spiritual fitness has been movement. I know how vital our relationship with our body is for emotional, psychological and spiritual well-being. I had a long career touring the world as a contemporary dancer, and also appearing on Broadway (and touring productions) in Disney’s The Lion King. I am a certified Lee Holden QiGong instructor and I have taught groups and individuals for over 20 years in Pilates, Dance, Physical Fitness and QiGong. My study of Chinese medicine and certification as a Neuromuscular Masseur has added to my knowledge of the body.

  • Will all of the material be available when I register for the course or is it released over time?

    The course is designed to take one module per day over the course of 5 days, however all of the material will be available when you register so that you can take it at your own pace.

  

  • Do I have to download all these video files in order to watch them?

    No, you can stream all of the video content inside the members area so it's not clogging up your hard drive.

 

  • Can I download the worksheets to print out?

    Yes, it will be very easy to find and download each day's worksheet inside the members area.

 

  • Does the material expire or can I come back and revisit it whenever I want?

    You'll have lifetime access to the material and it will remain neatly stored for you in the members area. So, you can come back to it as often as you like and you don't need to worry about storing or finding the files.

 

  • Can I download the audio meditations so I can save them to my computer, smartphone or tablet?

    Yes!

    Apple users please note: Apple does not allow direct downloads of MP3s to their mobile devices. You will need to download to a computer, add to iTunes and sync to your iPhone/iPad for the file to play properly on your Apple mobile device.

 

 

  • What happens in the private Facebook group?

    This forum will provide a safe and private space for those who are taking the course to ask questions, offer support to one another, learn from others' experiences, share your progress, exchange thoughts on the course material, form community and friendships and enhance the course experience. Nothing you post here will be seen by anyone who is not taking the course. Steven will  join in from time to time to share posts, answer questions and offer support.
