We are communicating with some hotels close to the Mermaid London to see if we can setup a group rate for our participants, but we haven't finalized those arrangements yet...and we may not be able to do so until the end of March. In the meantime, if you'd like to go ahead and secure a room reservation, you can call any of the nearby hotels directly and book a room via their standard rates.
