No. Please use the same email and password you already use to access your library on the leeharrisenergy.com website. Once logged in, all of your products and courses will appear in My Library.

You most likely have created a new account using a different email address than the one connected to your Lee Harris Energy account. Please try logging in using the email address you used to set up your account at leeharrisenergy.com. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help—just let us know, and we can check which email address is associated with your products.

We recommend closing the app completely and reopening it, then entering your login information again. Please double-check that there are no extra spaces before or after your email address or password.

Once you log in, tap My Library at the bottom of the screen. There, you’ll see all the products and courses you own. Simply tap into any item to begin.

You can manage push notifications directly in your device’s settings. Navigate to your phone’s notification settings, find the app, and adjust your preferences there.

We’re aware of this issue and have been informed by the platform that a fix is in progress. In the meantime, the best solution is to fully close the app and reopen it. The keyboard should no longer appear.

Yes, you do need Wi-Fi or cellular data to use the app. We recommend downloading any course content or MP3s in advance if you know you’ll be in an area without service or Wi-Fi, so you can listen without interruption.

Once you've purchased a product, it will always remain in your Library so you can access it, or download it (if applicable) at your convenience.

Meditations are not currently available for download, but you’re welcome to return and listen as often as you’d like. The meditations rotate every three months. You can also purchase meditations from our store, and those will appear in My Library, where they can be streamed or downloaded.

Our sketches are created by our in-house resident artist, Talia. A new sketch is typically shared around mid-month, once we receive it. The current sketch will update as soon as the new one is available.

The Pulse is a community feature that is currently disabled and should not be visible. However, some users may still see it temporarily. You’re not missing anything, and we’re actively working to resolve this for a smoother user experience. Please feel free to disregard this section for now.

Once you purchase a course, you'll find it inside your Library. Once you select the course, you'll want to scroll down and select a module and click through into the module. When you're on the page where the video player is, look on that page for the Downloads section. Depending on the type of device you're on, the download(s) will either be at the very bottom of the page below the comments, or on the right hand side of the page. Click on the file you want to download in order to download it.

If you've purchased an MP3 from the store, you can always stream it on your mobile device, but if attempting to download directly to a mobile device, the downloads may not function properly. For best results, please download to your computer, then sync to your mobile device. If you do not have access to a computer, you may require a third party app to be able to successfully download. Apple does not allow direct downloads of MP3s to their mobile devices. You will need to download to a computer, add to iTunes and sync to your iPhone/iPad for the file to play properly on your Apple mobile device.

No! Unfortunately, there are scammers who are opening fake pages impersonating Lee on social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook. The scammers then reach out to members of our audience through the platform, impersonating Lee in direct messages, offering private readings and/or prize money in exchange for payment.

Please know that Lee no longer offers private sessions or mentoring programs, nor does Lee send out friend requests nor reach out to folks via direct message in order to set up a private reading. 

Online scams have become prevalent in the digital community, and we ask you to be aware of imposter accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media sites. Our verified accounts are @leeharrisenergy and @leeharrismusic on Instagram and @leeharrisenergy888 and @leeharrismusic on Facebook. Please report anyone who is impersonating Lee or offering a reading in exchange for money. Thank you for your cooperation!

1) Log in to the site on desktop or web browser. (If you are already logged in, skip to #2.)

2) Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of the page to bring up the menu (this will just be a gray circle if you haven't uploaded a profile picture)

3) From the dropdown menu, choose “Settings”.

5) On the next page, you can A) change your card and B) remove your card or C) remove your card.
