Dr. Nicole LePera who is well known as 'the holistic psychologist' and for teaching people to heal and consciously create a new version of themselves is our special guest. She was trained in clinical psychology at Cornell University and the New School for Social Research and studied at the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis. As a holistic psychologist, Nicole addresses the connection between the mind, body and soul as well as incorporating overall lifestyle and psychological wellness practices. She is the creator of the #SelfHealers movement where people from around the world are joining together in community to take healing into their own hands. Her first book, How to Do the Work, is currently in pre-order with a release date of March 2021.

Episode 54: Scott Stabile encore

Filmed in 2019 and released as one of our first episodes, this is an encore show with our very special guest, Scott Stabile, who is an author, workshop leader, and love activist. He shares his inspirational quotes, essays and live videos with a sizable social media community he built to help people look at their lives honestly and through the all-forgiving lens of love. At 14 years old, his parents were murdered and despite growing up around addiction, dysfunction and tragedy, Scott believes love is the base note for everything good. His heart-centered teachings reflect compassion, forgiveness, kindness, authenticity, and that choices made from love can only serve ourselves and our world positively.

In this episode, Lee and Scott discuss how to manage fear, insecurities and judgment in the creative process. Episode 53: A Conversation with Ayodele Casel

One of The New York Times 'Biggest Breakout Stars of 2019', Ayodele Casel, a tap dancer and choreographer, is our special guest for this conversation with Lee. Born in The Bronx and raised in Puerto Rico, Ayodele began her professional training at NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Her origins in theater and love for storytelling and tap dance have significantly contributed to the narrative nature in her work, which is rooted in the expression of identity, culture, language, and communication. She is a 2019-2020 fellow at the Radcliffe Institute for Advanced Study at Harvard University, where she is the only tap dancer.

In this episode, Lee and Ayodele cover a wide range of topics that include: her passion of elevating others, creative expression, systemic racism, and the 'artist's hustle.' They discuss her 2020 take-aways, how that has led to her wanting to amplify her work, and the impact she wants to make in her art form.
