Event Cancellation Policy

This Event Cancellation Policy applies to all Lee Harris Energy in-person events, including evening concerts, workshops, and retreats.

These terms apply exclusively to in-person experiences produced by Lee Harris Energy, including those where tickets are sold via approved third-party vendors (excluding Digistore24).

Please note that online courses, livestreams, and digital products are subject to separate Terms & Conditions, available through Digistore24 HERE.

1. Evening Concerts / Live In-Person Events

All ticket sales are final, except in the event of cancellation or rescheduling by the organizer or venue.
If an event is canceled, ticket holders will receive a refund of the base ticket price only, issued to the original payment method.
Third-party service charges, transaction fees, processing fees, and taxes included in the ticket price are non-refundable.
If an event is rescheduled:

Tickets will remain valid for the new date.
If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund within 14 days of the reschedule announcement by contacting your original point of purchase.

Refunds and Exchanges

All refunds, exchanges, and transfer requests are governed by the policies of the original ticketing provider or venue box office.

Lee Harris Energy is unable to issue refunds directly for tickets purchased through external vendors or venue box offices.

Ticket Transfers

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by contacting [email protected] no later than 72 hours before the event.

Please include:

Your order number
Your full name
The new attendee’s full name and email address

2. Workshops and Retreats (1–3 Days)

Cancellations 30 days or more before the event: Full refund, less a 10% administrative fee to cover processing and transaction costs.
Cancellations fewer than 30 days before the event: Non-refundable.
If an event is canceled by the organiser, ticket holders will receive a refund of the base ticket price only, issued to the original payment method.
Third-party service charges, transaction fees, processing fees, and taxes included in the ticket price are non-refundable.
If an event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date(s). If you are unable to attend, you may request a refund within 14 days of the reschedule announcement by contacting your original point of purchase.
You may transfer your registration to another person by contacting [email protected] at least 72 hours before the event.

3. Extended Retreats (4+ Days)

Due to the limited capacity and significant advance costs associated with our multi-day retreats, the following terms apply:

Cancellations 60 days or more before the retreat start date: Full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
Cancellations 30–59 days before the start date: 50% refund of the total amount paid.
Cancellations fewer than 30 days before the start date: Non-refundable, but your spot may be transferred to another participant by contacting [email protected].
If a retreat is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new dates.
If an event is canceled by the organizer, ticket holders will receive a refund of the base ticket price only, issued to the original payment method.
