Lee Harris is a globally acclaimed energy intuitive, transformation teacher, channeler, and musician whose grounded approach to spiritual growth appeals to both seasoned seekers and those just beginning their journey.

 Lee’s path began in 2004, when he started offering intuitive readings and channeling sessions from his home in Brighton, England—at a time when healing, intuition, and metaphysics still lived largely on the fringes. Guided by a deep desire to help others and no clear map of where the journey would lead, he simply followed the call.
Today, Lee is based in California and leads Lee Harris Energy—a multimedia company and global event production house powered by a 22-member international team. Together, they create teachings, experiences, and offerings that reach millions of people each month—many of which are shared entirely for free.
A turning point in Lee’s spiritual life came in 1998 when he first heard the voice of his spirit guides, the Z’s. That moment opened a channel of connection that would shape his life’s work. The Z’s teachings now form the heart of his bestselling books—The Future Human, Energy Speaks, and the Conversations with the Z’s series—and are woven through his live events, audio recordings, online courses, and community offerings.
Lee is passionate about grounding creative spirituality into our everyday lives—especially in these challenging times. He’s committed to helping others live more empowered, impactful, and connected lives, while fostering a sense of collective support and purpose.
His free and wildly popular monthly Energy Update videos provide timely, intuitive insights for navigating daily life with clarity and optimism, reaching hundreds of thousands of viewers each month.
