Episode 79: Redesign Your Life

The spiritual aspect of transforming spaces and the importance of beauty, harmony and passion is what our special guest, Sabrina Soto, a host and designer, speaks to in this conversation with Lee. She believes that any space you live in can (and should) be a representation of who you are, regardless of budget. Sabrina has designed for various HGTV shows and is on the new reboot shows, Trading Spaces and While You Were Out on TLC, in addition to being featured in many publications. As a first generation Cuban-American, hard work and perseverance were instilled early on in her life and is why her design style is always full of pop, color and heart!

In this show, Sabrina and Lee discuss the role spirituality has played in her life and in her work, how meditation led her to experiencing how much beauty there is in the world, and how she is healing the people pleaser in her. She offers a behind-the-scenes view of the highs and lows of working on TV, as well as her favorite aspect, and the impetus of starting her Redesigning Life podcast. Devotion to nourishment and self-care is the foundation of what our special guest, Tracee Stanley, models and advocates as an entrepreneur and educator. With over 20 years as a lineaged teacher in the traditions of the Himalayan masters, Tantra and Sri Vidya, she offers yoga nidra, meditation, self-inquiry, teacher trainings and workshops. Her effortless way of sharing ancient teachings in accessible ways is definitely her superpower.
