NOVEMBER ENERGY UPDATE

This is not the wrong timeline and you are not doing anything wrong.

There is nothing going wrong from a higher perspective.
This was always going to be the timeline you chose to come for on Earth.
It may feel and be intense at times in the story of Earth right now, but don’t let the darkness be the dominant frequency in your awareness, as that is what it wants.
Darkness always wants to dominate.
It gathers energy through spreading and dominating.
Darkness continues to try to dominate on Earth.
It wants you to believe it has won and is winning.
It will work hard to create that appearance and reality.
But the light is always more powerful.
Light wants to extend, give, and uplift humanity.
Light will effortlessly keep illuminating and disempowering the dark.
If you cannot currently extend or give of your light and energy, trust that.
Others will do it in your absence while you recover.
Support for your light and the light of others is coming and is growing on Earth.
You may not always see it but if you tune in on yourself, you can FEEL it.

Once you tune in on the light inside yourself, in your chest and your torso, you will remember the light.
Say to the universe, “I invite the light into my life, in all the ways.” “I invite the light into my life in all the ways.”

Saying “in all the ways” allows the light to arrive in both human and spiritual ways.
Look for the light bringers, the light givers, and the light warriors.
We are there, and we are growing in numbers, every day.

TIRED HEALERS & TIRED HUMANS - RECOVER THEN REBIRTH
Humans in general are tired right now, due to the intensity and uncertainty on the planet. And those of you who are healers are especially feeling the strain of this too. Perhaps you are healers for work or your job. Perhaps it is not your job but it is a role you provide for your communities or families. Healers are the ones who uplift, support, inspire, and listen to others, and currently you may be feeling very tired of that role. In part because so many are needing to lean on others right now, but also because many of you are outgrowing the old way of working with the vibrations of others that are lower than your own.
This doesn’t mean that we as healers and humans don’t have our own personal healing journeys or that we are superior to others in any way.
To be a healer type simply means you have a gift of being able to uplift, energise, and help others with their own healing journey. And now, you are going through an upshift in the way you work with the energy of other people. There is no more saving of others or uplifting others, especially when they feel too heavy for you to lift.
Instead you will recover and rest, and after that, you will return even more contained and you will let your energy field do the work more than your own effort or heavy lifting of others. Healer and human – you are rebirthing the way you work and moving to a new level. No wonder you feel disoriented right now. This period will not last forever and you will rebirth, but for now, recover, recover, recover.

BREAKING UP WITH THE PAST TO BECOME NEW
For much of this year, there have been themes around letting go of the past in order to step into the future, and for many, this has been a lengthy process. You may have been doing a months-long life-review where you look back on who you were and what you did, and it may also have been showing up as leaning into nostalgia around past events and joys and replaying memories.
If this is you, know that this life review is coming to an end and you are ready to cut the cord of any emotional weight you still feel with the past that is blocking you from moving forward. You truly will begin 2027 as a new person in many ways, and many of you will be feeling that clarity. The final stages of release will start to emerge in November. So, deep breath, let go of what is no longer needed as an energy alignment within you, but knowing that all you have done in the past brought you to here and now. And that is enough - now, a new beginning. And you will create it.

HEALTHY EMOTIONAL DETACHMENT IS YOUR EVOLUTION
Many of you are having more emotional detachment and cleaner emotional relationships than you used to. You may have previously been (or felt) more embroiled in other people's needs, wants, desires, and troubles, particularly if you identified as particularly empathic or sensitive. The more you have been learning to align with yourself, and manage and understand your own emotional responses and patterns, the easier it gets to be compassionate without getting enmeshed with others. There is a bigger wave of this at work now, for more of us than ever. It is not just good for you - it is good for others too. You set an energetic example by doing this.

FEELING DONE WITH THE DARKNESS - TIME TO DESIRE AND DREAM OF LIGHT WHENEVER THE DARK REARS ITS HEAD
Many are justifiably disturbed, distressed, or angry at seeing the rise of darker ideologies and actions on the planet. This is not what anyone wants to see and those reactions are part of a compassionate and concerned human response.
On a spiritual and energetic level, there is another theme at work here that may also be pervading your personal life and interactions. Many of us are learning to see dark and light in clearer ways than ever.
Seeing dark and light clearly. Noticing darker or lower vibrations around you AND inside you and cleaning those up as we go.
Shifting focus when dark tries to dominate.
Remember you are a CREATOR. Create more light, intention, and purpose in your life when darkness is getting to you or consuming you.

EXPRESSING EMOTIONAL HONESTY WITHOUT FIGHTING OTHERS
Not because you need to be right or agreed with, but to be heard, felt, and expressed. This is becoming easier for many of you.
You don’t need to engage with the emotional charge some feel around their opinions. If you do feel aligned with either their opinion or some need to engage in the fight on a soul or human level, you will feel a charge inside, and you won’t feel neutral.
Equally, if your learning is to hold more of a boundary around your own energy field when you are near others who get very fired up very quickly, that will be your learning now.
Always good to look at WHY we get triggered. It can be a helpful clue for our own evolution.
But there is an imbalance of emotional awareness and maturity right now and a lack of the ability to be centred and spaciously connect with others.
Choose where and how you want to be and most of you will find it easier than ever to have compassion for someone else’s belief system or feeling without needing to compromise on your own.
This may seem like self protection, but it is actually community evolution and an energetic example that you set by showing others you do not need to fight.
