Lee Harris Productions Inc. does not store credit card details, nor do we share customer details with any third parties. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information.

Delivery

Digital products will be delivered immediately into the My Library section of this site and will always be available there for streaming or download.  

Portal members will have access to the Portal as long as they remain subscribed.

If purchasing a course, some or all content may only become available on a date as specified in the course description. Physical Goods will be shipped within 48 hours of confirming inventory availability via Royal Mail or United States Postal Service.

Refunds & Cancellations

Digital Goods: Due to the nature of digital data, we cannot refund digital goods. 

Online Courses: Refunds can be offered 24 hours after the start of an online course or within 48 hours after your purchase (whichever comes later) by contacting [email protected].

Physical Goods: All Requests for refunds and/or cancellations will be processed within 5 business days. Requests for refunds should be emailed to [email protected]. We are happy to refund any defective physical goods bought from the Lee Harris Energy Store within 30 days of purchase.

Original Art: We cannot refund purchases of Original Art.
