LEE HARRIS

FOUNDER & VISIONARY

Lee Harris began doing intuitive readings out of his home in England, 2004, as a part-time healer. Now based in California, he has built his company, Lee Harris Energy (LHE), into the multi-media, worldwide event company and production house it is today. Leading a twenty-member international team, Lee is passionate about grounding creative spirituality into these challenging times. He is also determined to see people experience impactful and abundant lives while supporting each other through community.

MARTI BRADLEY

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER & CONTENT DIRECTOR

Marti manages the ever-changing and always varied day-to-day business operations of Lee Harris Energy (LHE). Her accomplished 25-year career history prior to joining the LHE team has spanned the financial, information technology, and printing and graphics industries. First discovering Lee’s live broadcast classes in 2008, Marti began working with LHE in 2011.

In addition to her work with LHE, Marti is a Master Practitioner in Usui-Tibetan Reiki with over 15 years of education in the healing arts, energy work, and the journey of self-awareness.

A proud mom to a blended family of three adult children, Marti lives in Colorado with her husband and their loyal feline assistant.

NOAH PERABO

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & EVENTS DIRECTOR

Noah is director of operations and events for Lee Harris Energy. He is the founder of the Perabo Group, a talent management and consulting company focused on providing support to artists, authors, public speakers and mindfulness leaders to grow their business and reach as wide an audience as possible. Noah has worked as a manager, agent and producer for over 13 years helping to further develop the careers of artists like Cyndi Lauper, Peter Gabriel, The Allman Brothers Band, Gipsy Kings, Van Halen and many others. He helped produce the True Colors Tour, a groundbreaking touring festival that traveled across North America bringing awareness, furthering legislation and raising funds for LGBT causes. He's the proud father of two young daughters, Charley and Coco.

WENDI COHEN

DIRECTOR OF STUDIO OPERATIONS & PRODUCER

As Lee's executive assistant, Wendi works closely with Lee and the team on many projects, most notably in her role as co-producer of Impact the World Podcast. Her passion for meditation, transformational work, and event management has led her to a rewarding and meaningful career in the wellness industry. Wendi is highly regarded for her many years at the Chopra Center for Wellbeing where she managed their signature program, Perfect Health. She now offers one-on-one mentorship to personal clients as well as workshops on meditation and Ayurveda. Being of service is when Wendi is the happiest, whether it is teaching, mentoring, being philanthropic, and especially as a mom. She is forever chasing sunsets in Laguna Beach, her happy place, with her husband.

DAVID BRAND

CONSULTANT

For the past 16 years, David has consulted for many organizations, primarily but not exclusively in the nonprofit arena. David's passion is bringing groups of people together around a meaningful common purpose to facilitate achieving their goals in the most productive and effective manner. In all of his work with teams and organizations, he brings an emphasis on mindfulness, elevated communication, and open-hearted connection to the traditional areas of strategic planning, business development and governance.

STEVEN WASHINGTON

CONSCIOUS BODYWORK DIRECTOR

Steven's lifelong passion and a key foundation to his spiritual fitness has been movement. He stands firm in his knowledge of how vital our relationship with our body is for emotional, psychological, and spiritual well-being.

Steven had a long career touring the world as a contemporary dancer, and also appearing on Broadway (and touring productions) in Disney’s The Lion King. He has taught groups and individuals for over 20 years in Pilates, Dance, Physical Fitness, and Qigong. His study of Chinese medicine and certification as a Neuromuscular Masseur added to his knowledge of the body in 2010, and he spent 2016 co-facilitating transformation workshops and retreats all over the world with Lee Harris.

ANNA HARRIS

QUALITY ASSURANCE & CONTINUITY MANAGER

Starting with LHE in February of 2011, Anna reviews all of the content for LHE releases to ensure continuity of message and quality that meets our standards. Anna’s rich professional background includes sales and marketing, product management, editing and proofreading, event management, and training as a Life Coach. 

In addition to being Lee’s beloved sister-in-law, Anna is the mother of three delightful girls and is entirely passionate about life—which is abundantly evident in her love of salsa dancing, tennis, cooking, singing, and being devoted to work that uplifts and inspires others.

REBECCA HALL

VIDEO EDITOR & ANIMATOR

Rebecca is LHE’s video editor and animator. For more than 20 years she has worked as an editor based in London on projects ranging from live events and awards shows (BAFTAs, MTV Video Music Awards) to music ads for artists such as the Rolling Stones and Justin Timberlake. Her work includes broadcast ads, film premieres, documentaries and music videos and has taken her around the world to the US, Europe, Africa, China, and the South Pacific.

Three years ago Rebecca’s life changed completely when she bought an old flour mill in Western France and moved there with her partner and their 7 year old son. When she’s not working for LHE or in London, she looks after an ever-growing flock of chickens, keeps bees, and tends their large organic vegetable garden. The mill wheel is turning again but instead of flour it produces electricity.

DAVOR BOZIC

MUSICIAN & COMPOSER

With a distinguished career spanning more than 30 years, Davor is a celebrated Slovenian artist whose work extends from pop music to television and theatre. In addition to his work as a singer/songwriter, composer, and producer, Davor starred in TV Slovenia’s most popular family sitcom for 17 years.

First meeting in 2012 at the Crimson Circle Midsummer conference in Vienna, Lee and Davor quickly discovered their shared love of music. Their first album collaboration was Arise, released in 2014. Additionally, Davor is the sound engineer and music composer for LHE, with his extraordinary music now accompanying all audio recordings, videos, and Lee’s live events in Europe.

Alongside his work in music, Davor is a trained psychotherapist with a counseling office in Ljubljana where he works with individuals, couples, groups, and children.

NICK DE LA CRUZ

DIGITAL/SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIST

Nick joined the LHE team in 2018 managing digital and social media strategy. Hailing from New York City, Nick's insatiable appetite for creativity has helped shape his longstanding career in digital focused media. Previously a tour manager and brand consultant in the music industry (Pharrell, MØ, Maggie Rogers) – Nick developed a hands-on understanding of user experience, digital design, and social media, which he then honed in on when he bootstrapped his own agency, overseeing accounts for startup CPG brands like Hims and Everlane.

Nick is known for his disruptive social media marketing approach that has helped influencers and entrepreneurs dramatically grow their businesses' and "show up" in the biggest way online. When he is not doing social media-y things, Nick is  hanging out with his beautiful daughter Savannah and adventurous son Beckham.

TRENT BARFIELD

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

Having joined the LHE team in 2019, Trent directs and produces all LHE branding creative. He is a multidimensional creative with with a passion for Design, Illustration and spiritual knowledge. His life is dedicated to creation and finding true happiness within. The message in what he creates reminds humanity we all live lives full of purpose and magic if we are willing to trust our own unique paths to success. Today, Trent is an author, Graphic Designer and Fine artist using creative exploration to channel energies that uplift humanity.

CHELSEA PAIZ

CUSTOMER SERVICE & SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

Chelsea brings to the LHE team a 10 year history of working with the public in a variety of Customer Service roles and a passion for Social Media. Her background in Retail Management has fostered the leadership and technical skills that enable her to support clients at the level of excellence they have come to expect from the LHE team.

Also an accomplished hair stylist, Chelsea loves making others feel good about themselves by looking their best. A Colorado girl at heart, Chelsea resides at the base of the Rocky Mountains with her husband and baby son, and a family that is rounded out by their 2 dogs and a particularly sassy cat.

ADAM PERABO

GOLDEN WORLD MUSIC

Adam oversees operations of our Golden World Music label while simultaneoulsy offering support to others in all areas of the business. His positive, passionate perspective, and background in the theatre and performance, has made him flexible and empathetic to everything in life. As a member of the NYC Association of Concierges, he has been an ambassador to New York City welcoming travelers by highlighting the hotspots and hidden treasures in his newsletter, “Ask Adam”. 

Adam sings loud, dances hard, loves fiercely, recites Shakespeare in Central Park and cheers passionately for the underdogs.

PATRICK KIELY

DIRECTOR, CINEMATOGRAPHER, EDITOR

Patrick is an award-winning director, cinematographer and editor who crafts videos for all aspects of the business. His extensive portfolio in network promotions from HBO to NBC, commercial campaigns from Target to X-Box, and over 100 music videos for every major label, have reached audiences across 6 continents. 

When not creating for LHE, Patrick helms Rumpus Creative, a digital content agency with a roster of brands from Verizon to Disney - or landscaping his garden, enjoyed by family, friends and the occasional owl.  

He’s the proud husband and father of a young daughter, who inspired his pet project, Tera the Treasure Hunter; a curated book series that explores world cultures through the eyes of an adventurous girl.

MEREDITH PERABO

CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER

Meredith has managed the Customer Service inquiries and Social Media Posts for Lee Harris Energy since December of 2018. She enjoys communicating with clients and helping them with their questions and concerns.  Meredith’s previous experience as a dancer and dance teacher has enabled her to refine her collaborative and leadership skills for this type of work.

When she is not working with the LHE Team, Meredith can be found advocating for clean beauty with Beautycounter, sweating at hot yoga, bike riding, and playing at the beach with her 2 young daughters.

LEAH DORRIAN

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Leah is a graphic designer and art director who is passionate about the arts, holistic health, music, and nature. She has been a professional artist for 20+ years and a designer for 8+ years, and has fused the two to create a unique approach to her work. With beauty, balance, and insightful communication in mind, Leah shapes the company’s visual brand identity and personality to match the remarkable energy of LHE. Her mission is to share creations that speak to the mystery, divinity, and wonders of our magical world. 

Leah enjoys traveling both nationally and internationally to exhibit her artwork in solo and group exhibitions, as well as working as the freelance creative director and lead designer for many groundbreaking companies and projects. She lives in the Shenandoah Valley of VA with her fiancé Trent, (Creative Director of LHE), and their dog, Ember.

EMMA HOFFMAN

CHIEF COPYWRITER & MARKETING SPECIALIST

Emma, a multi-faceted creative, joined the LHE team in 2023, bringing 5 years of experience in the marketing and events industries. Emma has seamlessly transitioned through various roles, from creative producer to managing nonprofit programs, to founding and operating a successful charcuterie board business, Gather Grazing Co.. Across her diverse experiences, Emma consistently finds fulfillment in the art of collaboration. At LHE, she manages the newsletter and works with the social media and creative teams to develop marketing strategy. As Chief Copywriter, Emma derives purpose from crafting messages and producing content that inspires hope and promotes wellbeing.

Emma is an avid seeker of magic in the mundane. Her passion lies in using intuition to bring creative visions to life and harnessing the transformative power of positivity and gratitude. Away from her responsibilities with the LHE Team, Emma dedicates her time to volunteering and building community as the Co-chair of her local park in Austin, where her activities are inspired by her prior work with The Trust for Public Land. Most important to Emma are the moments she cherishes with her toddler and labradoodle.

JODI NOLL

BOOKKEEPING ASSISTANT

Jodi brings her passion to help make a positive impact for everyone to the LHE team and will be assisting with data and accounting administration.  Jodi has over 25 years of non-profit organization experience with a focus on data and technology management.  Her most recent role includes providing project support for a private family office.  Her knowledge and experience provide a great foundation for her work at LHE.

When not working at her computer to improve the lives of her clients and teammates, her energy focuses on the jobs bringing her the greatest joy – wife and mother.  Jodi feels blessed with the opportunity to raise 3 incredible children and be a partner to their wonderful father.

TANYA MALOTT

TEAM PHOTOGRAPHER

Tanya Malott has been a photographer, explorer, and connector all her life. She takes a spiritual approach to the practical medium of "writing with light" and uses every opportunity to shine light on the inspiring people she photographs. Tanya met Lee in 2016 when she asked to photograph him for her book "Prophets Among Us". Their immediate chemistry led to Tanya becoming the official photographer for Lee, and then Steven. (She takes most every photo you see on Lee and Steven’s websites and social media).

Tanya considers Lee a dear friend and a truly perfect client, because they work so intuitively together, and she believes that 1+1=3, because when two intuitive people collaborate, there is always a little something extra in the alchemy.

Her work has appeared all over the world including outlets like Oprah, Ellen, The New York Times, Vogue, and hundreds more. She works with private clients and public figures alike, including royalty and refugees, artists and authors, billionaires and energy workers, former Presidents and five Nobel Peace prize laureates. She has lived all over the world but is currently based in Sag Harbor, New York.
